Currently Head of UK Investment Banking at UBS. Previously, Vice Chairman of Europe Middle East Africa Banking at Citigroup. David graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters degree.

Chief Executive Officer

Over 12 years in Banking and International Finance for Blue Chip finance houses including SG Warburg & Kleinwort Benson. Headed up financial regulatory risk department. Director of James Beaufort Ltd.

Sandie is a joint founder of the company and the Chief Executive Officer.

Dr Stuart Ratcliffe

30+ years experience in clinical research phases I-IV. Conducted over 200 clinical trials as Principal, Chief and Coordinating Investigator.

Developed and led trial programmes in the public (NHS), academic (QMUL), pharmaceutical and private sectors.

30+ years experience in consulting and management in a range of industries globally, from start-ups to multinationals, specialising in risk management, communications and governance.

MSc in Environmental Management from Imperial College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cross-Sector Partnership from the University of Cambridge.
